My stepdaughter listed her house at about the same time I listed mine. She did not use Utah's Elite Realtors. She only had a few people look at it and got one offer. Her agent said she should take whatever she could get because she might not get another offer. My house is older and needs some work. But Liz and her team set me up with awesome pictures and two open houses. They were packed! We had about 60 groups look at our house, and had 14 offers! There was even a bidding war. We didn't even accept the highest offer. The second highest offer actually gave us more profit. I wouldn't have known that without Liz and her team. So now my house is sold.
